We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our Knowsley HIU service as a High Intensity User Service Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an alternative access point for people requiring out of hours support when experiencing negative symptoms of mental or physical illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as a safety net to prevent crisis situations by providing early intervention techniques and adequate support provisions.
  • Travel across the Knowsley region to provide support services.
  • Develop and maintain robust professional relationships with regional offices, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Have a high level of IT and literacy skills, as well as a health and social care background or training background.
