Enterprise Growth Specialist

Natterbox Limited is a pioneering telecommunications company, and we're seeking an ambitious Enterprise Growth Specialist to propel our expansion.
This role presents a unique opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to kick-start their sales careers with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, qualifying, and generating leads for our sales team. Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing industry tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Cognism to research potential customers and key decision-makers.
- Conducting outbound prospecting activities through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate leads.
- Qualifying inbound leads by understanding business needs and aligning them with Natterbox's solutions.
- Collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing to refine lead generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Maintaining accurate records of prospecting activities and communications in Salesforce.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly targets for lead generation and outreach efforts.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 0–2 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (sales internships or relevant part-time work is a plus).
- Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn for prospecting is highly desirable.
