About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to lead the HR function for our hospitality company with two locations in Norfolk.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to building and managing HR systems, processes, and procedures from scratch.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive day-to-day support to managers and staff
  • Developing and implementing HR systems, processes, and procedures
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across both sites
  • Developing, writing, and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Handling employee relations, including investigating and concluding issues
  • Providing support, advice, and coaching to management and employees
  • Conducting performance reviews and managing health & safety and compliance
  • Updating, streamlining, and maintaining paperwork, systems, and processes
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and Health and Safety at Work Legislation
  • Managing correspondence with the third-party payroll provider
