- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and parents.
- A patient and empathetic approach, supporting students with diverse needs and challenging behaviours.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- An understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding procedures.
A salary of approximately £24,000 - £30,000 per annum is offered, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary opportunity, but possibilities exist for permanent employment.
