Job Title: 3rd Line Support Engineer

Job Summary:

Nichols Digital Ltd is seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Server Builds and Migrations: Design, implement, and maintain server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Network Infrastructure Management: Set up, configure, and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Computer Systems Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
  • System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and security patches, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • User Account Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
  • IT Support and Service Delivery: Respond to IT support tickets and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
