Responsibilities
- To maintain high-quality standards across all aspects of the venue, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- To develop and implement strategies that increase revenue through secondary spends on food and beverage.
- To manage resources effectively, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in managing large teams and driving business results. A competitive salary of £55,000 + bonus will be offered to the successful candidate.
