Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Premium Services Coordinator to join our team at The Emerald Group. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating premium services and ensuring that clients receive high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare premium endorsements for agreement and closing to Xchanging via platform
  • Liaise with clients to ensure prompt payment of premiums
  • Payment reconciliations including premiums and claims
  • Analysis and processing of excel spreadsheets
  • Use of company in-house system to create policy entries
  • Some treaty processing
  • Assist with ensuring monthly brokerage targets are met
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
