As a key member of our Project & Programme Services team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering some of the world's most exciting and prestigious construction projects. With a strong focus on collaboration and inclusivity, our environment empowers everyone to thrive and develop their talents.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to drive the overall integrated P6 programme, liaise with Project Managers, and maintain programme schedules. You'll also be responsible for correlating schedule, cost and risk assessments, and leading on 'what-if' scenario planning. Additionally, you'll provide detailed analysis of contractors' programmes and lead on integrating scheduling across all projects within your remit.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Drive the overall integrated P6 programme.
  2. Liaise with Project Managers to maintain programme schedules and provide hierarchical performance reporting.
  3. Correlate schedule, cost and risk assessments to inform decision-making and lead on 'what-if' scenario planning.
  4. Provide detailed analysis of contractors' programmes.
  5. Lead on integrating scheduling across all projects within your remit.

To be successful, you'll need:

  1. A track record of achievement in planning within large-scale construction or defence projects.
  2. Experience in leading teams of professionals in a complex business environment.
  3. Construction project planning expertise gained across a range of large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects, with a sound understanding of project management principles and applications.
