Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in multimodal logistics to support the management of heavy lift and out-of-gauge cargo shipments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless transportation from origin to destination worldwide.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the collection of cargo and coordinate with overseas offices for efficient handling at destinations.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through timely updates on shipment movements.
  • Handle client requests, complaints, and queries, updating relevant systems as needed.
  • Support commercial activity, including price analysis, quotations, and rate negotiation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Freight forwarding experience in a multimodal logistics environment (air, road, and sea) within project logistics.A solid understanding of global transport logistics.Exceptional communication skills, organization, and ability to work as part of a team or independently.
