Job Description

We are working with a leading clothing supplier in West London to secure a Production Logistics Manager.

The company employee over 60 people in London and work with over 40 factories worldwide to produce product, requiring a well-versed Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage new and existing deliverables, coordinate with Sales and Account Managers, a product development department, a technical team, a production team, and those factories to ensure achieve deliverables.

MUST HAVES TO BE SHORTLISTED:

  • Must be currently working in a similar role "Production Management" or "supply chain management" with a UK based high street clothing supplier or UK based Clothing retailer.
  • Strong experience in factory liaison, critical path management, logistics (deliverables)
  • Knowledge of project management / analytical mindset with superb problem-solving skills
  • First class English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Team player and leader
  • Well organised, strong time management skills
  • IT skills in Project management tools and the MS Office suite
  • London Based and eligible to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and co-ordinate all aspects of supply chain operations from procurement to delivery
  • To liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing and delivery timescales
  • To develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • To identify areas for cost savings and implement initiatives to reduce costs
  • To lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and improving efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: £40k - £50k + Bens depending on experience. Located in West London near Fulham.
