We are seeking an exceptional Lead SENDCO and Inclusion Strategist to join our forward-thinking Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to improve the life chances of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with a talented and motivated team of professionals who are dedicated to inspiring students to achieve their full potential. As a School Leader, you will be responsible for leading by example, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement throughout the academy.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in curriculum or inclusion, and demonstrate a proven track record of success in raising progress and attainment of students with SEND. You will also possess outstanding teaching ability and a deep understanding of the needs of students with complex learning difficulties.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits including first-class learning facilities, opportunities for professional development and a commitment to supporting staff in their future careers.
