Children's Social Care Team Lead

At Devon County Council, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Children's Social Care Team Manager to lead our team of social workers in making a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable children and families.

Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of social workers to achieve excellent outcomes for vulnerable children and families
- Promote relationship-based practice and restorative justice within the team
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for service users
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
