About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Work Team Manager to join our team at Devon County Council. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about relationship-based social work to lead a high-performance, collaborative culture within our Children and Families service.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will champion the personal and professional growth of your team, providing oversight on all our children and young people, ensuring quality standards are maintained whilst championing restorative practice.

This role offers a great opportunity to grow your social work career with an ambitious authority at a time of exciting change. We promote a healthy work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements wherever possible, including working from home.

The salary for this position is ££54,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
