About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Strategist to join our team at Royal Mail Group. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our learning and development strategy to drive business transformation.

As a Learning Strategist, you will work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Leads, and Functional Leads to understand the strategic objectives of the Operations function and design learning strategies that address current and future capability needs.

You will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of capability development initiatives, working collaboratively with the Capability Development team, Functional SMEs, learning partners, and third-party vendors. Your goal will be to drive measurable improvements in performance and support the company's broader transformation agenda.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading the design and implementation of learning strategies that drive business transformation. You will also have experience with learning evaluation and analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, and you will be based in our London Farringdon office, with regular visits to other Royal Mail sites as required.
