Job Summary:
Creative Support is a passionate and inclusive organization that provides high-quality learning disability support services in Chorley and Wigan. We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team.

About the Role:
This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to help manage our services, lead a team of support workers, and contribute to the further development of service provision. The successful candidate will be based in one specific service three days a week and will work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain an overview of the services.

Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility under direction of the Registered Manager for the delivery of bespoke services
- Co-ordinate the service ensuring all support delivered is tailored to the individual needs of each service user
- Maintain excellent records of service delivery, such as service user records, rotas, time-sheets, and provide written feedback to your line manager
- Manage and supervise a team of Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, and Service Co-ordinators, ensuring good practice and the highest standards of care and support are maintained at all times

Requirements:
- Extensive experience and knowledge of working within the social care sector in support of people who have a learning disability
- Experience of staff and service management is essential, a relevant professional qualification is desirable (e.g., NVQ level 3)
- Vision, networking, and organizational ability to deliver excellent outcomes for people under your care and implement initiatives that connect service users to their local community and promote our reputation
