Job Summary:

Evidencia Scientific Search and Selection Limited is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director of Patient-Centered Outcomes to lead our efforts in this critical area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our patient-centered outcomes strategy, managing client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic consultations with new and existing clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Manage client relationships and engagements to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue.
  • Mentor and supervise senior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and scientific advancements to ensure our services remain relevant and effective.
  • Represent the company at international conferences and events to build relationships and promote our brand.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of our team members.

Requirements:

  • 10-20 years of experience in consulting or a related field, with a strong background in patient-centered outcomes and clinical research.
  • Master's or PhD in a relevant discipline, such as healthcare, medicine, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing new client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
