About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team, based in Sheffield, Chesterfield, and Barnsley. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with competitor activity and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies
• Manage and monitor sales performance against targets and budgets
Requirements
You will need to have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are also required.
