The Deputy General Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our ambitious growth plans, which are both exciting and challenging.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement effective financial governance and reporting strategies to ensure the sustainability of our services.
  • Lead the development of staff, providing opportunities for professional and leadership growth.
  • Offer a range of staff benefits, including an employee assistance programme, discounted gym membership, onsite fitness classes, and car schemes.
  • Ensure evidence of Continuing Professional Development among staff.
  • Present complex data in a meaningful way to various professional groups.
  • Stay up-to-date with NHS policy and key changes in the NHS, and lead strategic planning efforts.
  • Manage and address performance issues effectively.
  • Utilize well-developed IT skills to manage and report on complex performance management information.
