About the Role:

As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to Service Users based on person-centred care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and support staff to help them reach their full potential.
  2. Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions while maintaining a high standard of clinical governance and effectiveness.
  3. Work closely with the Registered Manager to achieve the home's goals and objectives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a mental health environment.
  2. A QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  3. Registered Nurse (RMN or RGN) with a valid NMC registration.
  4. Knowledge of health and safety in care services and a commitment to fostering a harmonious working environment.
  5. Experience in building positive relationships with patients, their families, and other health and social care professionals.
