About the Role

At LNRS Data Services Ltd Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Specialist to join our KYC Data operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and implementing data governance best practices, providing insightful data analytics, and ensuring exceptional communication skills to deliver a good experience for customers and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting internal and external customer KYC data queries, responding in a commercial manner, assessing, monitoring, and taking action to resolve as appropriate.
  • Upholding data governance best practices, data management principles, supporting with process documentation and methodologies, and assisting the Data Operations team with process enhancements.
  • Identifying and researching industry trends and regulatory changes, assessing their impact on data operations.
  • Working with Product Management to assist in the sourcing/development of existing and new data/products, from inception through to delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possess a customer-first mind-set and the ability to deliver results on time.
  • Experience of working with databases and business processes.
  • Utilise knowledge in particular KYC.
