About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Coordinator to join our team at LNRS Data Services Ltd Company. As a key member of our KYC Data operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting and implementing data governance best practices.

As a Data Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing insightful data analytics to internal and external customers, leveraging periodic and ad hoc reporting to deliver data insights and methodology. This requires exceptional communication skills to ensure a seamless experience for customers and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

The role primarily supports data consumed by the Bankers Almanac suite of Products.

Responsibilities
  • Support internal and external customer KYC data queries, responding in a commercial manner. Assess, monitor, and take action to resolve as appropriate.
  • Uphold data governance best practices, data management principles, supporting process documentation and methodologies. Assist Data Operations team with process enhancements.
  • Identify and research industry trends and regulatory changes, assessing impact on data operations.
  • Work with Product Management assisting in the sourcing/development of existing and new data/products, from inception through to delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience in data analysis reporting.
  • Able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possess a customer-first mind-set, and the ability to deliver results on time.
  • Experience of working with databases and business processes.
  • Utilize knowledge in particular KYC.
