About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Coordinator to join our team at LNRS Data Services Ltd Company. As a Data Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our KYC Data operations team by providing insightful data analytics and ensuring the implementation of data governance best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support internal and external customers with KYC data queries, responding in a commercial manner and assessing, monitoring, and taking action to resolve as appropriate.
  • Uphold data governance best practices, data management principles, and support process documentation and methodologies.
  • Identify and research industry trends and regulatory changes, assessing their impact on data operations.
  • Work with Product Management to source and develop existing and new data/products, from inception through to delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possess a customer-first mind-set and the ability to deliver results on time.
  • Experience of working with databases and business processes.
  • Knowledge of KYC data and its applications.
