About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Coordinator to join our team at LNRS Data Services Ltd Company. As a key member of our KYC Data operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting and implementing data governance best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support internal and external customers with KYC data queries, providing commercial responses and resolving issues as appropriate.
  • Conduct periodic analysis to interpret trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist the Data Operations team with process enhancements and documentation.
  • Research industry trends and regulatory changes, assessing their impact on data operations.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to source and develop new data products.

Requirements

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A customer-first mindset and ability to deliver results on time.
  • Knowledge of databases and business processes.
  • Understanding of KYC data and its applications.
