Job Title: Bank Data Operations Analyst

About the Role

The Bank Data Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the KYC Data operations team by providing insightful data analytics and implementing data governance best practices. This involves conducting periodic analysis to interpret trends, upholding data governance best practices, and supporting process documentation and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting internal and external customer KYC data queries, responding in a commercial manner.
  • Assessing, monitoring, and taking action to resolve as appropriate.
  • Conducting periodic analysis to interpret trends.
  • Upholding data governance best practices and data management principles.
  • Assisting the Data Operations team with process enhancements.

Requirements

  • Experience in data analysis reporting.
  • Experience working with databases and business processes.
  • Knowledge in particular KYC.
