About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our Bank Data Operations Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing market-leading, timely, reliable, and comprehensive data to all our stakeholders, and supporting our customers throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and implement data governance best practices within the KYC Data operations team.
  • Provide insightful data analytics via periodic and ad hoc reporting, for internal and external customers with KYC related data insights and methodology.
  • Support internal and external customer KYC data queries, responding in a commercial manner. Assessing, monitoring, and taking action to resolve as appropriate.
  • Conduct periodic analysis to interpret trends.
  • Uphold data governance best practices, data management principles, supporting with process documentation and methodologies.
  • Assist the Data Operations team with process enhancements.
  • Identify and research industry trends and regulatory changes, assessing impact on data operations.
  • Work with Product Management assisting in the sourcing/development of existing and new data/products, from inception through to delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience in data analysis reporting.
  • Experience of working with databases and business processes.
