Job Summary:

KM Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to transition into a new and rewarding career as an Early Years Childcare Specialist. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your skills and experience to support Apprentices in their journey towards achieving their Early Years qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver full Apprenticeship Standards in Early Years Childcare up to Level 5, along with Functional Skills to level 2.
* Manage a caseload of learners, conduct remote and face-to-face observations to gather evidence towards their Apprenticeships.
* Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and completions.
* Support learners through the End Point Assessment Process.
* Organize and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
* Support, advise, and motivate learners.
* Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners' needs.
* Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, reviews, learner progression, quality paperwork, and general notes.

Requirements:

* Must have experience of working as a Nursery Manager for at least 3-5 years.
* Must have experience of working with 0-3 years in a Nursery setting, and with children aged 5 or above in the capacity of a Childminder or Teaching Assistant.
* Must hold a Level 5 qualification in Early Years Childcare.
* Must hold a minimum of a Level 2 English and Maths/GCSE equivalents.
* Experience of delivering on-the-job training to staff would be highly desirable.
* Organizational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
* Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
* Full, clean, UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
* Must be flexible with travel.
