We are delighted to be supporting a DfE accredited and Ofsted outstanding training company in their search for an Early Years and Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Tutor. Our client shares the belief that every child, regardless of their background, should benefit from an excellent education. To achieve this, they support and train educational professionals who work alongside them to be the best they can be, so they can transform the lives of children and young people.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assessment: Conduct skills reviews with apprentices and employers to identify gaps, develop and implement individualized training plans, maintain candidate records, and perform workplace observations.
  • Training: Deliver high-quality training, including functional skills, to meet awarding body standards, assess skills and behaviours, and provide feedback via the ePortfolio system.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience from working in the Early Years and or Schools sector, and will be able to share this with apprentices to ensure they achieve their programme at the highest possible level and in a timely fashion.
