Job Description


We are seeking an experienced IT Support Coordinator to join our team, providing technical support and provisioning services for our clients' telecoms and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, as well as providing training and guidance to our clients' staff.



Required Skills and Qualifications


The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of IT systems and protocols. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
