About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires expertise in delivering specialist mental health assessment and treatment services to children and adolescents.

As a senior member of our team, you will work closely with multidisciplinary professionals to develop and implement individualised treatment plans.

You will be responsible for providing expert advice and consultation to colleagues and carers on client psychological care, as well as supervising team members and trainees.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver specialist mental health assessments and treatments to clients in various settings.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation to colleagues and carers on client psychological care.
  • Supervise team members and trainees, ensuring they meet the required standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CBT theory and practice within a mental health setting, as well as experience working with children and adolescents.

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional patient care.
