Behaviour Support Specialist

We are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants and Behaviour Mentors to join our inclusive school community in London.
Key Responsibilities:- Senior Learning Support Assistant Role: Provide tailored support to students with diverse needs across all lessons and subjects.
- Adaptability: Adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Passion for SEN: A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
- School Community Builder: Supporting children with behavioural challenges to access their education.
- Relationship Building: Building strong, trusting relationships with students to understand and meet their needs.
The estimated salary for this role is £90-£110 per day, depending on experience. We offer long-term opportunities with the potential for permanent placements.
Requirements:
- DBS Clearance: All applications are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure and professional reference checks.
- Right to Work: You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
