Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Designated Safeguarding Lead to join our team at Dovetree School. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding within the school, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of our students, and providing training and guidance to colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a Designated Safeguarding Lead role, a comprehensive portfolio of CPD related to Safeguarding and Child Protection, and a Full UK driving licence. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, parents/carers, and external agencies.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including full school holidays, flexible benefits, and contributory pension scheme – matched up to 5%.
