Job Title: Welfare and Safety Lead

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the well-being of our students. As a key member of the team, you will take responsibility for safeguarding within the school, liaising with statutory and non-statutory agencies, parents/carers, and staff on matters of wellbeing, child protection, and safeguarding.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with statutory and non-statutory agencies, parents/carers, and staff to ensure the well-being and safety of our students.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to provide the best possible outcomes for our students.
  • Implement effective safeguarding practices to prevent harm or exploitation of students.
