Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Location: UK (flexible)

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Description: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Assistant to join our team in the UK. As a Maintenance Assistant with Invictus Recruitment, you will be responsible for escorting sub-contractors and performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Escorting sub-contractors to site
  • Maintaining a safe working environment
  • Reporting any maintenance issues to the relevant authorities

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of maintenance experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
