Role Overview:
Maintenance Specialist required for a varied role in Abingdon, offering opportunities to work assisting different trades. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general handyman duties, including minor repairs and carpentry tasks. The salary for this position is £28,500 per annum, with benefits including 25 shift days AL, bank holidays, 6%-8% pension scheme, private medical & life cover, sick pay, and employee rewards program. Opportunities for training and career progression are also available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general handyman duties, including minor repairs and carpentry tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Escort and supervise sub contractors onsite when required.
- Participate in additional tasks such as decorative work or other maintenance as needed.

Requirements:
- Ability to pass a DBS.
- Preferred to have a UK driving license.
