About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Pagos Consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment Sales/360 team, driving sales growth, and improving process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and placement success.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the recruitment Sales/360 team, fostering a high-performing culture and providing regular coaching on best practices.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and communication standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a recruitment leadership role, ideally within an agency specializing in payments, fintech, tech, or life sciences.
  • KPI-Driven: Strong track record of setting, managing, and meeting recruitment KPIs, with an emphasis on metrics that drive Sales, placements, and productivity.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing recruitment professionals.
About Pagos Consultants:
