London Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Manager to join our team in London. As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of 8 Business Development Managers, covering the London area.
About the Role- This is a field/home-based role where you will lead a team of sales professionals prospecting new business and selling soft FM service contracts to SME businesses across various sectors, including Hospitality, Industrial, Trade/Retail, Health, and Social Care.
- You will be tasked with recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, supporting, and motivating your team to achieve outstanding sales performance.
- As part of your role, you will conduct regular one-on-one sessions, develop, performance manage, set, and achieve sales targets.

Requirements- You will have sales people management experience, specifically managing NEW BUSINESS sales teams (either B2B or B2C).
- We are particularly looking for Sales Managers with experience managing sales people in high-volume, low-order-value, fast-paced transactional environments.
- Basic salary up to £45,000 - £55,000 DOE.
- OVERTIME earnings potential circa £85,000.
