Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable Labourer to join our team in Tewkesbury. As an experienced operational support worker, you will be responsible for assisting skilled tradespeople with their duties and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Assisting skilled tradespeople with their duties
  • Performing general labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
  • Operating hand and power tools under supervision
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety guidelines

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks
  • BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF HAND AND POWER TOOLS
  • A STRONG WORK ETHIC AND WILLINGNESS TO LEARN
  • ABILITY TO WORK WELL IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT
  • A MANUEL HANDLING EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR DESIRED BUT NOT COMPULSORY
  • A DRIVING LICENCE (REQUIRED)
