Homecare Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Homecare Support Worker to join our team in the Forest of Dean, Tewkesbury, and South Gloucestershire areas.
As a Homecare Support Worker, you will provide essential support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and comfortably. You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living tasks, including household chores, personal care, and medication management.
You will also offer companionship and build trusted relationships with clients, making a meaningful impact in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with shopping and daily errands
- Provide support with personal care, including bathing and dressing
- Manage client medications and assist with appointment scheduling
- Offer companionship and social interaction to alleviate loneliness

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in care is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided
- Kind, empathetic, and patient approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Reliability and organisation
Estimated Salary: £14,190 - £16,235 per annum (dependent on location)
