Role Overview:

We are seeking a Support Worker for Elderly individuals to join our team at Ecruit. As a Support Worker, you will provide essential support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and comfortably.

About the Role:

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with elderly individuals and making a positive difference in their lives. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their unique needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including shopping, personal care, and medication management.
  • Provide support with household chores and appointments.
  • Offer companionship and build trusted relationships with clients.
  • Travel to clients within your designated area, ensuring prompt and reliable service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
  • Kind, empathetic, and patient, with a strong desire to help others.
  • Reliable and organised with excellent communication skills.
