Teaching Support Worker for Children with Additional Needs

About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is for a Teaching Support Worker to join our team in a vibrant primary school in Cardiff, supporting children with additional learning needs in the Specialist Resource Base (SRB).
You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that fosters social skills and positive behavior.
Key Tasks:
- Supporting pupils with various learning needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, or developmental delays.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and behavior.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is £23,000-£27,000, dependent on experience.
