Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic teacher to join our team as a Teaching Personnel SEN Role. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of working with children with Additional Learning Needs, or be an NQT with a passion for this area. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to children with Additional Learning Needs, and will be supported by a range of experienced professionals who are committed to ensuring the success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality learning experiences that inspire and motivate children to reach their full potential
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized education plans for students with Additional Learning Needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to provide a comprehensive support system for students

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a degree in Education or a related field, and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required.
