Join Our Community Rehabilitation Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our community rehabilitation team at East Lancashire Hospitals Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in a community hospital setting.

About the Role
  • Deliver specialist assessment, treatment, and intervention to patients with a wide range of conditions and disabilities.
  • Manage a caseload of patients on a community rehab ward and coordinate onward referrals and discharges.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of continuing professional development, including attendance at postgraduate courses and conferences.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate therapy experience, including community and rehabilitation settings.
  • Profession-specific diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
  • Health Professions Council registration.
  • Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy or Royal College of Occupational Therapy.
