About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized F&B Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at Chessington World of Adventures. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for managing the restaurants and food units during service, assigning team members to their roles, and organizing schedules to ensure effective daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the restaurants and food units during service, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Assign team members to their roles, taking into account their skills and strengths.
  • Organize schedules to ensure effective daily operations, including opening and closing units and cashing up.
  • Deal with customer enquiries efficiently and handle complaints in a professional manner.
  • Train staff to follow restaurant procedures, maintaining safety and food quality standards.
  • Drive operational excellence and support staff throughout services.
Requirements
  • Experience within the F&B/hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Hands-on and highly organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early starts and late finishes.
