Assistant Head Housekeeper - Chessington, London

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Housekeeper in the efficient operation of the housekeeping department

• Deliver the daily requirement of rooms for guests at time of check in, to the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency and guest satisfaction

• Support with the recruitment, training and people management of the Supervisors and Housekeepers

• Ensure effective departmental and interdepartmental communication throughout the Resort

• Support with the purchasing, delivery, storage and distribution of all housekeeping inventory and supplies

Requirements

• Experienced manager with the ability to communicate clearly, motivating and inspiring a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment

• Proven track record of correcting issues in the moment to drive standards

• Previous Hospitality experience

• Ability to communicate and influence at all levels

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Familiar with OPERA PMS (preferable)
