Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Specialist to join our team at CrossReach Children & Family Services. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to children, young people, and their families, in line with our Christian values and SSSC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting care needs and supporting care planning
  • Fostering positive relationships using the P.A.C.E. principles
  • Providing person-centred care and support

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications, such as an HNC in Social Care or SVQ Level 3
  • Experience in care or education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to professional development and ongoing training
