Job Title: Nursing Care Specialist


We are seeking an experienced Nursing Care Specialist to join our team at a care home in Stirling, Stirlingshire. As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide individualized care to residents with complex needs, including those with dementia, mental health conditions, and challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, adhering to relevant regulations and policies.
  • Contribute to the promotion of a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:



  • Valid and clear NMC pin number
  • Genuine passion for elderly care and a desire to make a difference
  • Prior experience in nursing homes advantageous, however not essential
