Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize outbound stock flow, ensuring maximum utilization and minimizing stock holding costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Retail Operations, and 3PL partners, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers and 3PL partners, to ensure effective resolution of operational issues.
  • Design and implement reporting tools to track key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store information, including formats, capacities, and key operational details.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supply chain or logistics role, with a focus on outbound stock flow and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
