Facilities Account Manager Europe

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Account Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for managing a large client account covering the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • React to facility issues or repair requests and raise jobs on the internal system.
  • Monitor inboxes and coordinate engineer appointments.
  • Problem solve and work through queries.
  • Work on planned and reactive maintenance requests.
  • Check progress and update clients.
  • Produce purchase orders and close calls.
  • Prepare quotes.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and busy role that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. You will be working with a variety of stakeholders, including senior managers, engineers, and subcontractors. If you have experience in facilities maintenance and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Senior Facilities Management experience, ideally within the retail sector.
  • Experience in planned and reactive maintenance coordination.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
