Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our Bluewater Accessorize store team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving store performance, leading by example, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing store strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for customer service, product knowledge, and brand ambassadorship.
- Manage the store team, ensuring they are motivated, knowledgeable, and exceeding expectations.
- Support the Store Manager in operational administration, ensuring timely communication and task completion.
- Provide support to other local branches as needed.
- Ensure Visual Merchandising and window displays are implemented commercially and in line with company guidelines.
- Be flexible to work variable days and hours across the week.

- Experience in managing a team and driving sales growth.

- Decision-making ability and a sense of ownership.
- Proven track record of delivering excellence in customer service.
- Confident and able to take ownership with a sense of responsibility.
- Effective communication and planning skills.
