We are in search of a seasoned Assistant Store Leader to join our team.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist the management team in achieving the company's key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enhance store performance by supporting your Store Manager in team development – exemplifying excellent customer service, product knowledge, and acting as a brand ambassador.
- Collaborate with your Store Manager to identify team strengths and areas for development, creating a dynamic succession plan for the store and the broader organization.
- Oversee the store team, ensuring they are motivated, knowledgeable, and consistently exceeding expectations.
- Assist the Store Manager with operational tasks and ensure timely communication.
- Provide support to other local branches as needed.
- Ensure that visual merchandising and window display guidelines are effectively communicated and implemented in a commercially viable manner.
- Be adaptable to work varying days and hours throughout the week.
